This explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. "We" means Shenzhen Ruiying Automobile Service Co., Ltd. (深圳市瑞英汽车服务有限公司).

2. What we collect

• Identity & contact — name, email, phone if you give it.
• Delivery address — to ship your order.
• Order details — the product, options, and text you enter.
• Uploaded artwork — logo or image files you upload for customisation.
• Basic technical data — via cookies, such as device/browser type. See §8.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. Why we use it / legal basis

To make and ship your order, to confirm and track it, to handle returns, and to respond to you. We use it because it is necessary to perform the contract you placed with us, and (where relevant) with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

• Production partner — the workshop that makes your item, receives your artwork and order details.
• Carrier — receives name and delivery address.
• Payment processor — receives data needed to take payment.
• Where required by law.

5. International transfers

Your order and artwork may be sent to a production partner outside your country (including China). We share only what is needed to produce and ship your order.

6. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting. Uploaded artwork is deleted 90 days after your order is delivered, unless you ask us to keep it, or we have written permission to use it in marketing.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@stowvolt.com. If you are in the EU/UK or some US states, you may have additional rights.

8. Cookies

This Site uses only essential cookies needed to function. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if a minor placed an order.
